Roggenbier

Roggenbier means rye beer. Designed to highlight rye malt’s unique contribution to brewing, this beer features a cloudy appearance and a refreshing tartness. The beer is lightly hopped, and fermented with a special German ale yeast that after cold conditioning yields a restrained fruitiness that compliments the spice of rye. Roggenbier is crisp, complex and deliciously refreshing.
