Strata hops are the star of this Strong American Pale. Whirlpool hop additions of Strata, Citra, and Motueka hops give this beer all of their flavor and aroma, without the bitterness. It is fermented with Capri yeast and dry hopped resulting in a bright, tropical beer with notes of passionfruit, guava, strawberry, and grapefruit.
