Imperial Stout w/ Cocoa Nibs, Coconut, Hazelnut, Orange Peel, and Vanilla

This has been one of the craziest years of all time. Of all time! This beer is like 2020 in a can. Not because it sucks – it just has a bunch of stuff crammed into it.

We looked through our library of available ingredients and picked out some that we knew worked really together and added a couple more for good measure. Then we let them all mingle in a high-octane environment.

The base beer is a monster of a stout. It’s not thick and chewy like a lot of big adjunct stouts these days. We wanted the ingredients to shine through, so we fermented away most of the sugars leaving a semi-dry finish.

We love the way it turned out and personally prefer drinking it to bottling up all of our emotions.
