Originally brewed during our brewpub days this beer may have been considered somewhat ahead of its time. A highly aromatic, bitter pale ale this will satisfy the “hop heads” amongst us. Amber coloured and distinctly malty in character the triple addition of Centennial and Cascade hops lends a conspicuous citrus character for both flavour and aroma. The beer is rich and fruity with a wonderfully rich, oily, full mouthfeel.
