This small batch brew is the tenth in our Brewer’s Pride Craft Brew Series. For our very first sour wheat beer, we stayed true to our German roots and brewed our own spin on “the champagne of the north.” One that’s right from the south of Texas. This light-bodied beer has a subtle sweetness and fiz to balance out the typical tartness of the Berliner Weisse style. But it won’t be around for long, so enjoy it while you can. Prosít!
