Red Oak is a Bavarian Style Amber Lager. Imported Heritage Munich Malt is custom to our specifications giving it a one-of-a-kind body and flavor. Noble Hops from Hallertau, the oldest Hop-Growing region of the world, balances this delicate traditional flavor. We ferment with a proprietary Lager Yeast strain that we do not filter out, giving the beer a daily supply of Vitamin B. Red Oak is slow cold-aged for at least 5 weeks. Released Unfiltered, Unpasteurized and Naturally Carbonated.
