In collaboration with Lass Haus Ales, this hop driven IPA is brewed to showcase the relatively new and unique McKenzie and Elixir hops, along with a backbone of two of our favorite Washington grown lots of Chinook hops from Roy Farms and Van Horn Farms respectively, this dry hopped IPA blends light cognac, with sweet fruit and resinous pine. Pair it with the Pinthouse House Nachos or one of the Classic Pies for a happy hour treat.
