Our Texas Honey IPA is one of our favorite beers of the year. The base of pale malt, a touch of Vienna and then a large dose of Texas Wildflower Honey added to the kettle create a beer of massive complexity, a balanced sweetness and an impactful hop character that will keep you coming back for more. It’s deceptively strong but incredibly balanced. Pretty soon our own bee hives will be producing the honey that we need for this beer. Texas Honey, saving the planet one bee-r at a time.
