Absurdity is our annual experiment crossing American hops with Belgian yeast. This year’s version mixes Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo hops for a fruity-floral burst of grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, and rose, backgrounded by subtle yeast notes of bubblegum, banana, and sweet tarts, for a gentler, European take on hazy, hoppy beer.
