Halle Blackberry was an experimental brew that surpassed our expectations. Brewed with 7 malts, house made dark candy sugar, local blackberries, and noble hops for smooth bittering. Aged in a stainless vessel with artisan cacao nibs and Defiant Whiskey oak spirals from our friends in Golden Valley, NC. This Imperial Porter presents a medley of mild roasted flavors with peaty chocolate and beautiful oak character that plays very well with the notes of blackberry. Cheers!
