Our Apple Pineapple is one of the most popular ciders we make. But that doesn’t stop the crew out back from evolving it and creating yet another amazing cider. This one starts with our kickin apple base and of course pineapple [we had to add that because it’s in the name]. Then the crew decided to go way out the box and used Lotus Hops. This hop is reeeeeeediculous, with aromatic characteristics that include orange and vanilla, as well as hints of candied grapes and other tropical aromas. You get some of that on the nose, and the orange in the hop really shines…. but they really come through in the flavor profile. Nothing in your face, because everything is balanced perfectly, so you get the pineapple along with all of the ‘Hopical” flavors that will have your mind thinking you’re on a secluded beach somewhere, with your toes in the white sand and the sun shining down on your SPF90 protected skin. Or maybe you’re just hanging in the shade under a palm tree and chillin. Or, it could be by the pool or pond. Wherever your mind goes is just fine with us.
