The Cask, named for the Poe short story The Cask of Amontillado, is a dark, smooth, malty, full-bodied & robust beer with toasty malt, toffee notes that one expects from a barrel aged beer (but it is not) and warms the insides from its 8% ABV. Best when served in a snifter glass.
