In honor of @whichcraftatx’s Anniversary, we got their crew together to brew a badass hazy IPA worthy to serve at their party.
Blame it on My Juice started with our favorite summer time malt base of pilsner, oats, and wheat. We just got some fantastic Centennial cryo in, so we put a ton of it in the kettle, and worked tirelessly to sample hop combos with the @whichcraftatx team…Finally after 3 days and 2 nights of trials (jk 45mins max), a winning combo was chosen! Centennial, Centennial cryo, Mosaic, Simcoe cryo, and Sabro cryo. Bursting with tropical juiciness, bright citrus, and a touch of pleasant floral notes. Cheers to Jody and his crew!
