To celebrate ten years of brewing in Austin, Texas we decided to go big and hoppy. We are pleased to release our TEN Anniversary Ale, a barleywine brewed and dry-hopped with Chinook and Columbus hops. We had a ton of fun brewing this ale. We ran the wort through 50 pounds of whole leaf Chinook and Columbus using our new hop back. And then generously dry-hopped with Chinook and Columbus in the fermenter.

The results are outstanding! Our TEN Anniversary ale is a fragrant, hop-forward barleywine that delivers a subtle boozy malt sweetness balanced by citrus hop flavor.
