Adelbert’s Philosophizer aged in gin barrels used by Treaty Oak Distillery to make their Waterloo Antique Gin.

A complex array of lavender, juniper and oak from the barrel balanced with the Philosophizer to create a smooth, warming ale. Pair this ale with chicken alfredo, veal scallopini and strawberry cheesecake.
