Collaboration with Casa Bruja. This was a gamble from the get-go, but we love it. The thought of a black gose was a distant joke, but it came to life with this collaboration. During the planning process Jonathan mentioned how his wife hooked him on salted chocolate so we decided what the hell, let’s do it. With Chocolate made in house by Larry Gooding and a process that used yogurt cultures to kettle sour we created a unique and delicious Gose.
